By-Laws of Prime Timers Hamilton
The By-Laws of Prime Timers Hamilton outline the governance and rules for the Chapter. By-Laws are amend from time to time and agreed upon by the membership at an Annual General Meeting (AGM). To download a copy of the current By-Laws, please click the button below.
Save the Date - Annual General Meeting 21023
Please hold the date of Sunday, September 10, 2023 open on your calendar. At 12 noon, Prime Timers Hamilton will meet at The Well, 161 Wellington Street North for our Annual General Meeting. All members are asked to attend.

At this AGM, we will hear reports from the officers of the Board and from the Nominations Team. The names of the candidates for election to the Board of Directors will be announced and the membership will elect new members for a two-year term. There are four positions open on the Board for election this year. If you would like to know more, or would like to put yourself forward for nomination, please contact Secretary Alf as soon as possible.

We encourage prospective members to attend a couple of our events prior to completing the Membership form. That way you know what you're getting into. When you are ready, you can access our Membership form here. The form may be completed on your computer or downloaded and filled out by hand. Complete instructions are included with the Membership form. Access the form by clicking the button.
